These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the cultural experience and tourism platform TABINAVI (the “Service”) operated by NEORIS Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all relationships between you and us regarding use of the Service.
The Service provides guided experiential tours and tourism programs centered on Tokyo and surrounding areas, focusing on Japan’s car culture (JDM), local sightseeing, and cultural experiences.
Main elements include, without limitation:
The Service is provided primarily in English for international visitors to Japan. Japanese or other languages are not guaranteed.
The Service is a cultural experience and guided sightseeing tour service. It is not a transportation service, taxi, ride-hailing, rental car, or self-drive service.
If movement is included during a tour, it is an incidental and complimentary aid between visit locations and not a separate paid transportation service.
You pay for the cultural experience program as a whole—not for distance, time, route, vehicle type, or point-to-point transport as a standalone purchase.
We do not provide:
Visits to Daikoku Parking Area, Tatsumi PA, Shibaura PA, etc. are conducted only as part of cultural experience tours.
For transport-only needs, please use licensed taxis or authorized ride services.
Reservations are accepted via the website or app booking form. Payment is charged in full at the time of booking.
All displayed prices include tax.
Refunds will, in principle, be made to the original payment method.
You must not:
Vehicle images on our website, social media, or ads (including Skyline, GT-R, and other Japanese cars) are for cultural and educational presentation of Japan’s car culture.
They do not represent vehicle rental, driving experiences, or standalone transport services.
We are not liable for changes or cancellations due to natural disasters, traffic congestion, facility closures, event cancellations, government guidance, or other matters beyond our reasonable control.
We may, at our discretion, offer an alternative tour or a full refund.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our separately published Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on the website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for disputes relating to the Service.
